Proudly Celebrating 35 Years in Business!

Local & National Contractor

Building for
the Future

From Rycon’s humble beginnings in 1989, an office of three people has grown to 830 office and field employees. The company has evolved from a small interior contractor, started by Todd Dominick and Bill Taylor, to a national firm that completes over $1.1 billion annually across eight offices and multiple market sectors.

We are 100% employee-owned, and it is evident in our work. Not only do we build quality, lasting buildings, but we also build genuine relationships with our customers-turned-partners, attributing to an 86% repeat client rate. From boutique ice cream shops to $200 million mixed-use developments, we are here to provide solutions and support you every step of the way, and have fun doing it.

“I wanted to commend Rycon and its workers for the skill and professionalism I saw demonstrated throughout this project…one thing that was unique about Rycon was how while doing their work, they also took into consideration the needs of the library staff as we tried to continue doing our work. There were times when I know they went more than the extra mile to assist us”

Denise A. Hegemann, St. Vincent College

“Each of your team members treated us with respect, class, and dignity, and we are very thankful that they took the time to personally tend to our needs.
