University of Kentucky Breaks Ground on "The 90"
September 8, 2014

 

 

Lexington, KY - University of Kentucky officials along with project team members held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday for the new, 82,000 sq. ft. dining hall and student support facility.

 

The building will house a 1,000-seat dining area as well as multiple student support and academic spaces.

 

The $32 million project is slated to open by the start of the fall 2015 semester and is expected to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

Ribbon Cutting Held for New UPMC Children's South
September 9, 2014

 

 

Bridgeville, PA - State and local officials joined UPMC for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the new Children's Hospital of UPMC of Pittsburgh in South Fayette, PA.

 

The 60,000 sq. ft. outpatient facility, located just off I-79, was designed by IKM Architects and will include exam rooms, state-of-the-art radiology and Children's Express Care among other various services. The project is valued at $24 million and is expected to achieve LEED Certification.

 

The new facility is slated to officially open September 29, 2014.
