Ceremony Held to Celebrate Start of Oxford Development's $130 Million 3 Crossings
December 9, 2014

Pittsburgh, PA - On Tuesday, December 9, local officials joined Oxford Development for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of the 11-acre mixed-use revitalization project in Pittsburgh's Strip District.

Rycon Construction's future headquarters is currently underway as part of this $130 million development. The 70,000 sq. ft. building is scheduled for completion in the summer 2015.

In addition to the headquarters, Oxford selected Rycon as construction manager on the new 300-unit, $60 million apartment complex to be named "The Yards at 3 Crossings". The building will be developed on four acres and will feature nearly an acre of open space along the river banks. Amenities will include a mudroom with pet wash stations, courtyard with a pool, game area, fire-pit and riverfront trail access. Also, a fitness center, meeting/gathering places and private lounge/bar are planned. The project is being designed to meet LEED Silver standards. Visit The Yards website for more information.
