Mt. Pleasant, PA - On Thursday, January 22, a ribbon cutting ceremony along with tours of the new building was held to celebrate the grand opening of this new, 4,000 sq. ft. bank.
This is the third new First Niagara Bank constructed by Rycon's Special Projects Group.

Pittsburgh, PA - On Friday, January 30, local officials, including Pittsburgh Mayor William Peduto, joined Village Green, The Soffer Organization, Rycon Construction, BKV Group and many others for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of the new 264-unit apartment complex and 562 space parking garage to be named SouthSide Works City Apartments.
The new luxury apartment community, located in Pittsburgh's lively SouthSide Works neighborhood, will feature views of the Monongahela River, on-site restaurant/cafe/market, a range of apartment styles from nano to penthouses, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, courtyard and a club room/bar.
The project is scheduled for completion in early 2016.
